9/23/2021 – Reporting Surveys: Emails are going out to all member libraries that submitted reimbursement requests.  Members will be given links to a library-specific Supplies/Materials report (Google Sheets), a general Salaries/Wages/Benefits survey (Google Forms) or both.  Please complete the reporting surveys as soon as feasible, completion is required for reimbursement.

9/21/2021 – Status Update: The final budget revision request and subsequent final (aggregated) reimbursement request have been submitted to DPI We are in the process of soliciting reporting data from libraries regarding supplies/materials requests and staff salaries/wages/benefits requests to build the final CARES Act project report.
