  9\/23\/2021 – Reporting Surveys: Emails are going out to all member libraries that submitted reimbursement requests<\/strong>.\u00a0 Members will be given links to a library-specific Supplies\/Materials report (Google Sheets), a general Salaries\/Wages\/Benefits survey (Google Forms) or both.\u00a0 Please complete the reporting surveys as soon as feasible, completion is required for reimbursement.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
